“Wanting to get over my ex” well, here is her way….
She fought with him. He didn’t answer her calls.no texts were returned.that means she was officially dumped.she cried her soul out that night.she thought of distracting herself by watching netflix.but he wasn’t there beside to curl her up from side while watching ‘stranger things’.so basically it was just Netflix without chill.she was totally drunk with sorrows.she couldn’t get enough sleep that night.
Early morning,she woke up and walked toward the window.she saw a rose plant on the verge to die.she thought to herself “the plant’s condition was just like mine”.she goes to college and returns home ,shuts herself inside her room and created a new hobby of watching the almost dead rose plant everyday.all her friends were going nuts observing her pathetic behaviour.one of her friends approached her “hey! Listen,I know it’s hard but you need to see what’s ahead of you.either turn that page of your life where he meant something or burn it if he was your whole book.think of moments where he didn’t give the respect,time,love you atmost required.eventually,you will get over it.” After that,she did understand the need to find a hand that refuses to leave and not hold. From the next day, she started watering that rose plant,slowly it started to recover just like her heart.
“Now I can hear my feeble heart telling good bye to the love it cherished once”she finally grinned.
